Used to be a CF coach myself & been doing CF/Weightlifting on/off for 10+ years now. Don't mean to come across snobbish at all but like to think I'm pretty picky is all and absolutely love this gym for the following reasons:  -Great warmups and focused on health/mobility, not just about how much you can lift. -Most (if not all) of the classes have more then 1 coach actively there participating I've witnessed. -Address different age groups specific concerns & know how to properly modify a workout (I'm in my 30's and sit in front of a desk all day).…

This was a great gym for a drop in while in the area for work. Jess was super nice, even running down the street to get an empty cup for the water cooler for me! As for the CrossFit experience, I really enjoyed the warmup because of the focus on the muscle groups that we'd be using for the skill section and WOD. Jess was super knowledgeable and offered some great pointers. The atmosphere with the "home" athletes was pretty good and the coaching was great for the varying skill levels I observed in class.
